WATCH the historic conversation between the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and the CEO of AARP, Jo Ann Jenkins on the impact of COVID-19 on older persons.  In responding to questions about implications of COVID-19  for older persons, Guterres also emphasized "The United Nations is based on respect for diversity.  Diversity is richness;  it is not a threat.  But for diversity to be successful in society and to benefit everyone, there needs to be a massive investment in social cohesion."
